An Evening with Ken Monkou

Tadcaster Albion are hosting an evening with former Chelsea and Southampton defender Ken Monkou next week.
The Dutch defender, who also played for Feyenoord and Huddersfield Town, will be at the 2inspire Park ground's clubhouse on Thursday 23rd May from 7.30pm.
Monkou is best known for his career at Chelsea where, in 1989, his first season with the club, he became their Player of the Year. He was sold to Southampton for ?750,000 in 1992, staying with the Saints for seven years before joining Huddersfield in 2000 and then making a return to Chelsea during the 2002/03 season before retiring from the game.
He will be talking about his career and that will be followed by a Question and Answer session.
Tickets are ?10 each which includes a pie & pea supper.
