Retford United have announced that Fifth Avenue are their new away shirt sponsors for the 2013/14 season.

The new orange kit will be unveiled at the game against Heanor Town next Saturday emblazoned with the new sponsors logo.

Fifth Avenue, based at 77 Carolgate in Retford, are a handbag and accessories shop that has proven popular with locals since opening earlier this year.

The shop sells a wide range of handbags and accessories and are the only stockists in the Notts area of the luxury brand by Forbes and Lewis.

Proprietor Sue Robinson is seen in the photo below with the new shirt when it was presented on Saturday afternoon by first team chairman Dan Keeton.

Keeton said: "We are delighted to have Fifth Avenue on board and it is great to have another local business as a major sponsor of the club. We are striving to work with local businesses and the local community to enhance the name of Retford United and the deal with Fifth Avenue is great for both parties."
