Proposed NCEL Constitution Finalised
17th June, 2008
The proposed constitution of the Koolsport Northern Counties East League for the 2008/09 season has been finalised.
As previously revealed, Glapwell have been promoted to the UniBond League with Bridlington Town coming in the opposite direction.
