The funeral of Charlie Wyatt, a much loved figure in the Toolstation NCEL, will take place on Monday (19th), it has been announced.

Charlie, who had been matchday secretary at Penistone Church as well as serving many years at Worsbrough Bridge Athletic, was also a club representative on the league's management board and was always passionate about non-league football and the competition.

He passed away at the start of the month following a long illness and all at the NCEL send our deepest condolences to his friends and family and he will always be fondly remembered by everyone at the league.

A celebration of his life takes place at Grenoside North Chapel in Sheffield at midday on Monday followed by drinks and food at Penistone Church's ground.
