Liversedge have announced who will take over as the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division side's manager following the departure of Alan Colquhoun earlier this week.

A statement revealed that they have appointed someone from within the club structure, saying: "It was announced that Jonathan Rimmington would be offered the position.

"Jonathan has had a very successful coach/managerial position throughout the years at junior level with Rothwell Juniors, Leeds City and with Liversedge u19s.

"Jonathan has strong ties with most clubs in West Yorkshire, both professional and amateur, and he promises to be a great signing for the club.

"Liversedge would like to thank all applicants for the position.

"Jonathan will be starting his pre-season shortly and he hopes to see new and current players attending."
