Arnold Town FC has found itself the subject of a winding up order against it from the Landscape Contractor of the Eagle Valley development claiming the final payment on the project.

The football club, through its legal advisers, have issued a counter claim against the Landscape Contractor and the matter will be heard in the High Court of Justice in mid-April where the club will vigorously defend its position.

Upon being notified of this situation, the Koolsport Northern Counties East League have initiated the involvement of The Football Association and The Football Foundation in an attempt to assist Arnold Town.

And, the League Management Board are fully committed to support Arnold Town FC in whatever means through this very difficult period.
