Given the awful weather conditions around the KoolSport NCEL region, the following decision has been made regarding postponements for Saturday's League fixtures.

For this date only, the Home Club Secretary shall have the authority to postpone the fixture from Friday 10th December onwards if it is obvious that the conditions will not allow the game to be played.

In making this allowance, we would encourage clubs to substantiate this by the use of photographic evidence wherever possible.

By taking this early action, we are safeguarding the health and safety of club officials and inspecting match officials by avoiding unnecessary travel and it is hoped that all clubs take a responsible attitude towards this allowance.

Would all clubs on reaching a postponement please advise the competition, their opponents and match officials immediately.

Those involved in FA Vase action are asked to follow the directives put forward by the Football Association.
