A 3-0 home win over Liversedge has seen Farsley AFC stretch their lead at the top of the KoolSport NCEL Premier Division to seven points.
Ben Jones put them ahead just before the interval and Andy Cooper and Lee Connor ensured the victory in the second period.
Even though the gap between Farsley and Parkgate has grown, the second-placed side have three games in hand as the title race continues to gain momentum.
The chasing pack of Bridlington Town, Maltby Main and Winterton Rangers all kept themselves in the reckoning with comfortable home victories.
Third-placed Bridlington won 5-1 at home to Selby Town, courtesy of a Craig Hogg hat-trick.
Tom Fleming and Steve Lyon also netted for the Seasiders whilst Adam Lee struck for the Robins.
Winterton and Maltby secured 4-1 victories over Dinnington Town and Hallam, respectively.
Jack Cross' double after goals from Thomas Finnigan and Andy Walkden made sure of the win for Winterton.

Scores were level at the interval after Scarborough's opener from Michael Gibson was cancelled out by Sean Cann.
Cann then made it 2-1 to the hosts early on in the second period before the lead changed hands again by the 84th minute, Richard Dunning and Chris Jenkinson making it advantage Athletic.
Gary Hepples' own goal three minutes later, though, seemed to have secured a point for Railway but Joel Hartley popped up deep in to stoppage time to send the visiting side delirious with a 4-3 victory.
Staveley Miners Welfare tightened their grip on the Division One title with a 1-0 victory at AFC Emley.
Chris Fawcus struck the goal with twenty minutes remaining to move eight points clear of second-placed Yorkshire Amateur.

Danny Frost and Carl Fothergill had them two up by the break before Craig Rouse and then a late Stefan Furness double concluded the scoring.
Damion Liddle struck twice for Glasshoughton Welfare as they won 2-0 at home to Louth Town to climb into sixth.
Rossington Main moved out of the bottom three with a victory by the same scoreline over visitors Brodsworth Welfare.

And, Bottesford Town were 3-2 winners at Barton Town Old Boys.
Pickering Town became the second side to make it through to the last eight of the League Cup with a 4-0 home victory over Parkgate.
Joel Ramm and Lyle Hillier gave the Pikes a two-goal advantage by the sixteenth minute and Nathan Cook struck twice late on to complete the win.
And, on Thursday evening, Arnold Town progressed in the Notts Senior Cup winning 2-1 against Central Midlands League side Kirkby Town at Forest Town Welfare in their Third Round encounter.
