Toolstation NCEL players, management teams and supporters are being asked to take part in research assessing how their well-being has been affected by COVID-19 and the curtailment of non-league football for this season. The Sport Industry Research Centre (SIRC) at Sheffield Hallam University are focussing on both Premier Division and Division One clubs with a survey that takes no longer than five minutes to complete.
It consists of a range of questions about each individual's health, well-being, and football experiences before and during the pandemic.
This study will enable the research team to understand just how important non-league football, particularly the NCEL, is to lives of those who are invested in the game at this level.
