Following a meeting of the FA's Leagues Committee earlier this month, this is the situation now regarding promotion and relegation within the KoolSport NCEL.

Two teams will be relegated from the Premier Division into Division One.

If there are two or more teams in the Premier Division without an F grade for their ground at the end of this month then the two lowest placed of those teams when the season finishes will be relegated.

If there is only one team without an F grade then they will be relegated along with the bottom placed team with an F grade.

If all teams have an F grade then the bottom two sides in the table will be relegated as normal.

The relegated sides will be replaced in the top flight by the two highest placed teams in Division One with a G grade.

These promoted sides will then have a year to achieve an F grade - failure to do so would mean relegation back into Division One.
